Grilled Cajun Alaskan Haliburt

Ingredients
- 6 Alaska Halibut steaks or fillets (6 oz)
- 2 lbs Mustard greens (before cooking, edible portion)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon ground dried basil
- 1/2 tablespoon ground dried oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 3/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Garlic, minced as needed
- Olive oil as needed
- Pinch of sugar
Directions
- Saute mustard greens with garlic in olive oil; keep warm.
- Combine paprika, basil, oregano, mustard powder, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar. Mix well.
- On both sides of each Halibut steak, sprinkle and rub 3/4 teaspoon seasoning mixture.
- Grill Halibut over medium-hot flame until cooked.
- Serve Halibut over 2 cups of sauteed mustard greens.
