Grilled Cajun Alaskan Haliburt

Makes 6 Servings



  1. Saute mustard greens with garlic in olive oil; keep warm.

  2. Combine paprika, basil, oregano, mustard powder, pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and sugar. Mix well.

  3. On both sides of each Halibut steak, sprinkle and rub 3/4 teaspoon seasoning mixture.

  4. Grill Halibut over medium-hot flame until cooked.

  5. Serve Halibut over 2 cups of sauteed mustard greens.
